  2. Thanks for the something totally new you have exposed in your blog post. One thing I’d like to reply to is that FSBO human relationships are built after some time. By bringing out yourself to the owners the first end of the week their FSBO is usually announced, before the masses get started calling on Thursday, you generate a good connection. By mailing them resources, educational products, free reports, and forms, you become the ally. By subtracting a personal affinity for them and also their scenario, you generate a solid link that, in many cases, pays off if the owners decide to go with an adviser they know along with trust — preferably you.

    1. Absolutely, I love to speak to FSBO’s. It’s always my goal to help someone any way I can and that’s usually someone I truly can help (regardless if they let me list their home or not – I’m after the friendship first.)!

  3. Hey! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from an established blog. Is it difficult to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast. I’m thinking about making my own but I’m not sure where to start. Do you have any tips or suggestions? Cheers

    1. Thanks for visiting. You can go to “hostgator” or “godaddy” to pick/buy a website name, then design your layout from there. My biggest challenge is having time to come up with material. Life gets busy but it seems the biggest pivots are the ones we need to share with others. Good Luck!

  4. No pressure. Just write a wonderful, witty comment on a fantastic site to a guy who just threw down the definitive guide to commenting. I got this. Dagmar Cam Cheston
